Amanda joined Gift of Water in August of 2013, just after completing her Masters of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering at Purdue University. She published her Masters Thesis on the Effectiveness of the Gift of Water treatment system to produce a high quality effluent water. She serves as a technical expert for the board and assists with the social media and the secretarial needs. She traveled to Haiti in the summer of 2013, where she fell in love with the Haitian culture and her passion for the work truly began. Amanda enjoys traveling, running, yoga and biking and resides in Fishers, Indiana.
